Overview
Dining at Flores is an experience that goes beyond taste and its informal atmosphere. With a Green Michelin Star, Flores is at the forefront of gastronomy, focusing not only on meat and fish, but also on koji, vegetables, alcohol-free juices and natural wines.
The story behind each dish and drink is shared with care and attention, with every ingredient considered. Through a contemporary and forward-looking Dutch cuisine, the well-being of people, animals and nature is at the centre. Dishes are prepared using local, seasonal ingredients sourced from regenerative gardens and food forests around Nijmegen.

As long-time fans of Flores ourselves, we created a brand film and five short social videos, each highlighting a different theme: meat and fish, koji, juices, vegetables and wine.
