Overview
‘Be first, then do.’ At VanBinnen, they believe that growth begins with being connected to yourself. Through their training programmes, they guide people step by step in self-awareness, personal growth and vitality. Helping them regain control over their own lives.
To communicate this vision, we were asked to create a brand film that could also function as a website banner: a story that feels recognizable and authentic, even without sound. One that evokes emotion and invites reflection without relying on many words.
We developed a story that returns to the core: you have the ability to switch something on inside yourself and reconnect with life. No matter how difficult your day has been, with the support of VanBinnen you take charge of your own state of mind again. Change starts from within, but you do not have to do it alone.
What
To tell this story, we filmed at several locations across Nijmegen. From the rush around the railway bridge and harbor, where life seems to move past at full speed, to the calm of nature, where there is space to become aware of darker thoughts and make that internal shift.
We wanted to communicate this feeling purely through imagery, in a way that would resonate with many people. But perhaps the element we spent the most time refining was the music and sound design, making sure it struck exactly the right emotional chord.
