Miele Laundry

Miele collects data on their customers’ washing habits and has developed three persona profiles based on this: the Quality Queen, the Mum Who Moves Mountains, and the Soccer Dad. We gave these personas a face through films and photography. This made it clear to all sales partners where the challenges of the three personas lie, and which solutions Miele offers for them.
