For Lentl and Sociale Teams Helmond, we created two recruitment films that highlight the work and impact of both organisations while helping attract new talent.
In ‘Working at Lentl’ and ‘A Day in the Life of a Social Worker at Sociale Teams Helmond‘, we bring the profession to life through the eyes of the people who do the work. Through honest stories and authentic imagery, we capture the energy, passion and value that define these teams.
The goal? To inspire and connect with potential new colleagues. Not only by showing what the work involves, but above all why it matters.
What
Working at Lentl
In this film, a social worker, youth worker, community development worker and HR colleague share personal anecdotes and experiences that reflect their passion for the profession. What makes their work meaningful? What does the role actually involve? And what are the most rewarding and challenging aspects of the job? The film offers an engaging introduction to the work Lentl does, the different roles within the organization, and what makes working there so valuable and rewarding.
A Day in the Life of a Social Worker
In this video portrait, social worker Roos talks about both the challenges and the rewarding moments of her work at Sociale Teams Helmond. We follow her throughout the day: from her desk at the office, cycling through the neighbourhood, to conversations with colleagues, residents and partners. Along the way, Roos shares personal stories from her career, offering an honest and realistic insight into what it truly means to work as a social worker in Helmond.
